Product Description
This CAT6A Bulk Ethernet Cable, Shielded S/FTP, 23AWG Solid Copper, Indoor features a PVC jacket, stranded bare copper wire and RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts. Our CAT6A Cables are UL, ETL and RoHS Compliant.
1.Product Introduction of the CAT6A Ethernet Cables
This CAT6A Shielded Cable is the perfect fit for reliable installations where the cable will be used indoors. This cable's 8 conductors (4-Pairs) are solid copper with a polyethylene (PE) insulation. These 4 pairs have a braided shield and are individually foiled (S/FTP). The Dual Shield Cable is RoHS Compliant. Additionally, this cable has a tinned copper drain wire which grounds the electricity after it has been terminated. This drain wire is required on all shielded cable in order to prevent signal loss, cross-talk, and other performance issues.

7.FAQ
1 Q:
Will this CAT6A Ethernet Cables be a sufficient cable to run Power over Ethernet (poe)?
A: Most of this cable connects to POE devices (WiFi Access Points, Cameras, VOIP phones, etc..). very easy to prep and crimp. You can use a network analyzer (not just continuity) to certify the cable run at CAT6A (1Gbs speed).
2.
Q: How far can you run IP cameras over this CAT6A Cable?
A: Technically POE IP cameras have max limitation of 300ft over CAT6A Cable.
3.
Q:What's the difference between CAT5, CAT6A and CAT7 Cable?
A:
· Cat5e has a bandwidth of 100 MHz, and increases rated transfer speeds with noise reduction and decreased signal interference.
· CAT6A- Unlike Cat5 and Cat5e, CAT6A has the ability to reduce crosstalk. Category 6 cabling boasts a bandwidth of 200 MHz and produces higher speeds overall.
· CAT6A- With a bandwidth of 500 MHz, CAT6Aa more than doubles the bandwidth of CAT6A cabling. The thicker sheathing dramatically reduces alien crosstalk but does result in lesser flexibility. However, this option offers more reliability concerning speed, regardless of environment.
· Cat7 implements fully shielded twisted wires, called Screen Shielded Twisted Pair (SSTP) or Screened Foiled Twisted Pair (SFTP) wiring, resulting in higher performance levels. With 600 MHz bandwidth, Cat7 allows for high-speed network data transfers and can handle mass amounts of information transfers. Category 7 cabling is a great investment, as it has an estimated lifespan of 15 years, as opposed to the average 10-year life cycle of previous cable options.
