Q1: I have a medical molded sample but don't have any drawing. What can I do?

A: Please just send us some photos of the sample for our evaluation first. If we can produce it, we will ask sample from you and make drawing accordingly. We will make our sample for your approval before the mold.

Q2: How long does it take to have the first samples of plastic injection molding parts?

A: The first sample will be available once the plastic injection mold is completed. We will sent the sample to you via express service (FedEx, DHL or UPS). Normally, it will reach you within 3-5days.

Q3: What is the production lead time for producing plastic molded products?

A: The production time depends on various factors, such as mold sizes, injection mold cavity numbers, shot period, and and so on. But Connexions can guarantee that we will make every effort to meet your requirements of timeline.

Q4. What is your terms of payment?

A: 50% Mold cost deposit, the balanced mold cost and 50% production cost to be paid when sample is confirmed. And the balanced production cost is paid against copy of B/L.

Q5: What’s the advantages of plastic materials for medical injection molding parts?
