FAQ:
Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are a manufacturer specialized in plastic injection molding with more than 20 years of experience.
Q2: I have a thermoplastic molded sample but don't have any drawing. What can I do?
A: Please just send us some photos of the sample for our evaluation first. If we can produce it, we will ask sample from you and make drawing accordingly. We will make our sample for your approval before the mold.
Q3: Will your company assist in the design of mold of thermoplastic injection?
A: Yes, our company has a complete mold design team with more than 20 years of experience in the development of thermoplastic injection molds ,and we can provide you with one-stop thermoplastic injection molding service.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: 50% Mold cost deposit, the balanced mold cost and 50% production cost to be paid when sample is confirmed. And the balanced production cost is paid against copy of B/L.
Q5: What kind of trade terms can you do?
A: We can do EX-WORKS,FOB,CIF,DDP DDU.
Q6: What is thermoplastic molding?
A: Thermoplastic molding is a manufacturing process used to create a variety of components for industries such as aerospace, automotive, and construction. Thermoplastics such as phenolic resins and epoxies are heated into molten resin and injected into molds typically made of aluminum, steel or metal alloys. The molten plastic is then compressed and cooled inside the mold. The machine removes the plastic part or components from the mold, and this hardened part can then be used to make larger products, such as children's toys or car doors.
Q7: How is thermoplastics resin used in injection molding?
A: Thermoplastic resin is a polymer compound that becomes soft or fluid when heated and then returns to its original solid state when cooled. This compound is used in molding processes like injection molding, which requires the raw material to be in a liquid or plastic state to fill the mold completely. When cooled, the resin or polymer solidifies to form the finished product, which is then ejected or dropped out of the mold. The resin is used to manufacture many consumer products.
