Q1: Are you a manufacture or trading company?

A:We are a direct manufacturer in China with more than 20 years of experience in plastic injection molding industry.

Q2: I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?

A: We can provide custom one-stop solution and it is easy to start. You can just send us a molded sample and we will help you to finish the 3D drawing design and following procedures per your needs.

Q3. What is your terms of payment?

A: 50% Mold cost deposit, the balanced mold cost and 50% production cost to be paid when sample is confirmed. And the balanced production cost is paid against copy of B/L.

Q4: What are the key points for making high-quality clear plastic molding?

A: Due to the high light transmittance of transparent plastic injection molding, the quality requirements of plastic products are very high, and any holes, marking and whitening are not allowed. Therefore, the preparation of raw materials, equipment and tooling requirements, injection molding process and material handling of products should be strictly implemented.

Q5: How to make a good clear plastic molds?

A: Issues should be noted in the mold design (including product design). Uneven cooling will cause poor plastic molding, surface defects and deterioration, so the following points should be paid attention to when designing molds:

a) The wall thickness should be uniform and the peel gradient should be large enough.

b) Doors. The runner should be wide enough and thick enough, the gate position should be set according to the shrinkage process, and cold material should be added if necessary.

c) Part of the transition should be gradual. Smooth transitions to prevent any sharp corners. Especially for PC products, there must be no gaps.

d) The surface of the mold should be smooth with low roughness (preferably less than 0.8);

e) Vents. Sufficient canisters will ensure venting of melt and airborne gases.

f) Except for PET, the wall thickness should not be too thin, generally not less than 1mm.
