Q1.What information is needed for a quote inquiry?

1) 3D drawing with stp. format (preferred)

2) 2D drawing for with detailed specification and requirement

3) Order Q’ty

Q2: How long will it take for us to get a quotation?

A: After receiving the details (your 2D / 3D drawings or samples), we normally will respond to you within 24H and 2 days in the holiday.

Q3: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

A: Yes, we can provide free samples, but not the freight.

Q4: How long does it take to have the first samples of plastic injection molding parts?

A: The first sample will be available once the plastic injection mold is completed. We will sent the sample to you via express service (FedEx, DHL or UPS). Normally, it will reach you within 3-5days.

Q5: What is the production lead time for producing plastic molded products?

A: The production time depends on various factors, such as mold sizes, injection mold cavity numbers, shot period, and and so on. Normally, the lead time is 15-25 days. Connexions can guarantee that we will make every effort to meet your requirements of timeline.
