Q1.What information is needed for a quote inquiry?
1) 3D drawing with stp. format (preferred)
2) 2D drawing for with detailed specification and requirement
3) Order Q’ty

Q2: How long will it take for us to get a quotation?
A: After receiving the details (your 2D / 3D drawings or samples), we normally will respond to you within 24H and 2 days in the holiday.
Q3: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we can provide free samples, but not the freight.
Q4: How long does it take to have the first samples of plastic injection molding parts?
A: The first sample will be available once the plastic injection mold is completed. We will sent the sample to you via express service (FedEx, DHL or UPS). Normally, it will reach you within 3-5days.
Q5: What is the production lead time for producing plastic molded products?
A: The production time depends on various factors, such as mold sizes, injection mold cavity numbers, shot period, and and so on. Normally, the lead time is 15-25 days. Connexions can guarantee that we will make every effort to meet your requirements of timeline.
Q6: What is PPE material and its application?
A: PPE is polypropylene, and the commercially available PPE materials are generally mixed with other thermoplastic materials such as PS, PA etc. These hybrid materials are still generally referred to as PPE or PPO. This material is commonly used in household items (dishwashers, washing machines), electrical equipment, etc.
Q7: What are the injection molding characteristics of polypropylene (PPE)?
A: Mixed PPE or PPO have much better processing characteristics than neat materials. Variation of properties depends on mixtures such as PPO and PS ratio. Mixed materials with PA 66 have stronger chemical stability at high temperature. The hygroscopicity of the material is very small. The product has excellent geometric stability, chemical stability, electrical insulation and low thermal expansion coefficient after being processed and formed.
Q8: What is the process conditions of PPE molding?
Drying: It is recommended to dry for 2~4 hours at 100C before processing.
Melting temperature: 240~320C.
Mold temperature: 60~105C.
Injection pressure: 600~1500bar.
